COUNTER-NOTIFICATION
If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification to our designated agent including:
- Identification of the removed material and its location before removal.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, address, telephone number, and consent to jurisdiction of your local federal district court.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
REPEAT INFRINGER POLICY
The Dial will terminate the accounts of users who are repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances.
